Time and Tense (Present Indefinite) Part -1
Tense: The word tense is a term of English grammar and refers to a form of the verb that indicates time. Tenses mean different forms of a verb showing different times and aspects. Thus a tense indicates the time of an action and the degree of its completion. The time indicated by a verb form may be present, past and future and the aspect simple, continuous and perfect. However tense and time are two separate things in English. For instance a verb in the present tense may indicate future time as in the following sentences. 1. Raju is going to Bikaner tomorrow. (This sentence indicates future time) 2. The train leaves at 6.30. (Present simple tense but future time) 1.Present Indefinite (Simple Present) Tense- इस Tense का प्रयोग वर्तमान समय में होने वाले कार्य, आदत, सामान्य या शाश्वत सत्य जैसी बातों का व्यक्त करने के लिए किया जाता है|जैसे- 1.She goes. 2.He plays. 3.
